الاقتصاد الازرق مسار جديد لتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة بنغلادش حالة دراسية
Abstract
تكتسب المحيطات والبحار اهمية كبيرة في اقتصاديات العديد من الدول، حيث يعمل الاقتصاد الازرق على هيكلة الانشطة الاقتصادية المرتبطة بخدمات المحيطات لتحديد المجالات التي يرتكز عليها النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية المستدامة . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مراجعة الآثار الاقتصادية لتجربة بنغلاديش في الاقتصاد الأزرق والخطط التي اعتمدتها الحكومة لصياغة الاستراتيجية الصحيحة لإدارة الاقتصاد الأزرق. تم اختيار تجربة بنغلاديش حيث تحيط المياه بالبلاد من ثلاثة أجزاء وصيد الأسماك هو النشاط الرئيسي للبلاد ، ونتيجة لذلك يمكن أن يكون الاقتصاد الأزرق أحد الحلول لانعاش الاوضاع الاقتصادية. وتوصلت الدراسة أن هناك عددًا قليلاً من الصناعات البحرية التي تم استثمارها في بنغلاديش بسبب نقص الموارد المادية والتقنية والبشرية الكافية لإدارة متطلبات التحول للاقتصاد الأزرق المستدام.
