Effect a strategic Correspondence between Total Quality Management, re-engineering and continuous improvement in achieving competitive advantage / A Pilot study in a sample of government Banks

Abstract

The Correspondence between Total Quality Management and continuous improvement and re-engineering is considered to be one of strategies that gained the attention of many specialists and decision-makers and this has become a target that all banks have to achieve, due to their live in an environment of change and the growing and changing needs of customers and there is a competition between those institutions to get a competitive advantage through application of those strategies, hence the problem through correspondence strategic between those systems in achieving competitive advantage for a sample of government Banks, and this research aims to find out the reality of Iraqi banks systems and its compatibility with requirements of the application of total quality management, continuous improvement and process re-engineering, the harmony between them, their impact on achieving competitive advantage to reach a relationship and influence between quality management , continuous improvement and re-engineering to achieve the competitive advantage of this, the core values of total quality management and continuous improvement and process re-engineering is one of the basic strategies of competition between banks, fast Responsiveness and effective to the needs and desires of customers to achieve satisfaction and conviction have an impact on their competitiveness can lead to positive results in the level of outstanding performance of those banks . المستخلص يعد التوافق بين إدارة الجودة الشاملة والتحسين المستمر وإعادة الهندسة من الاستراتيجيات التي نالت اهتمام العديد من المختصين وصناع القرار و لهذا أصبح هدفاً تسعى جميع المصارف لتحقيقه، كونها تعيش في بيئة تتسم بالتغيير وبسبب حاجات الزبائن المتزايدة والمتغيرة و وجود المنافسة بين تلك المؤسسات لهذا كان عيلها إن تحصل على مزايا تنافسية من خلال تطبيقها لتلك الاستراتيجيات ومن هنا جاءت مشكلة الدراسة من خلال عدم الإلمام بتحقيق التوافق الاستراتيجي بين تلك الأنظمة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لعينة من المصارف الحكومية , وبهذا هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع أنظمة المصارف العراقية ومدى انسجامها مع متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة والتحسين المستمر وإعادة هندسة العملية ومدى التناغم بينها و أثرها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية وتوصل الباحث إلى وجود علاقة وتأثير بين التوافق الاستراتيجي لتلك المتغيرات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية إذ أن القيم الجوهرية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة والتحسين المستمر وإعادة هندسة العملية تعد من الاستراتيجيات الأساسية المنافسة بين المصارف ,فالاستجابة السريعة والفاعلة لاحتياجات ورغبات الزبائن لتحقيق رضاهم وقناعتهم لها تأثير على قدرتهم التنافسية يمكن إن يؤدي إلى نتائج ايجابية في مستوى أداء المتميز لتلك المصارف .
