تأثير تطبيقات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الأداء المالي لشركات القطاع الحكومي: دراسة ميدانية في الشركة العامة للصناعات النسيجية في واسط
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير تطبيقات نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤشرات الأداء المالي لشركات القطاع الحكومي. وتأتي أهميته من التوجة العام للاهتمام بتطوير وتنمية هذا القطاع المهم، والعمل على رفع مستوى الأداء فية لمواجهة المتغيرات المتسارعة في حاجة الفرد والمجتمع، ولا يتم ذلك الا من خلال تطبيقات اداة الجودة الشاملة التي تساعد المنظمات على تحقيق مستويات أداء تسهم في جذب المستثمرين وخلق فرص عمل تعزز الدخل القومي للبلد، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أثراً إيجابياً لتطبيقات إدارة الجودة الشاملة على الأداء المالي؛ على الرغم بعض المعوقات الحاصلة في مستويات التطبيق.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تذليل معوقات التطبيق لإدارة الجودة من خلال توفير برامج تركز على أساليب وادوات تقنيات حل مشاكل الجودة وتطوير مهارات العاملين من أهداف التحسين المستمر وتشجيع المبادرة في تقديم الأفكار والحلول لمشاكل الجودة.
