قياس وتحليل أثر المتغيرات الاقتصادية (البطالة، التضخم، سعر الصرف وعرض النقد )على معدل الفقر في العراق للمدة 2004-2020
Abstract
يسعى هذا البحث إلى قياس وتحليل تأثير مجموعة من المتغيرات الاقتصادية: (البطالة ،التضخم، سعر الصرف، الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ،وعرض النقد على معدل الفقر في العراق للمدة 2004- 2020 واُستعمِلَ انموذج الانحدار الذاتي لمدد الابطاء الموزعة (ARDL ) لقياس العلاقات قصيرة وطويلة الأجل بين هذه المتغيرات، وأظهرت النتائج أن زيادة البطالة بنسبة 1% تؤدي إلى زيادة معدل الفقر بنسبة 0.83% ، في حين أن نمو الناتج بنسبة 1% يُسهم في تخفيض معدل الفقر بنسبة 0.87% كما أن النموذج المقدر معنوي؛ بسبب أن القيمة الاحتمالية لاختبار F أقل من مستوى المعنوية 5% وأن القوة التفسيرية للنموذج المقدر، قد بلغت 79.59% ، وهذا يعني أن المتغيرات المفسرة ((معدل البطالة والناتج المحلي الإجمالي التضخم سعر الصرف عرض النقد) يفسرون حوالي 79.59% من التغيرات الحاصلة في معدل الفقر.
أوصى البحث بضرورة تعزيز الاستثمارات الإنتاجية وتنويع الاقتصاد لتقليل الاعتماد على النفط وتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي بما يُسهم في خفض معدلات الفقر.
ويقسم البحث على ثلاثة مباحث يتضمن المبحث الأول: التأصيل النظري لمتغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي والفقر (وفق منظور تحليلي)، وجاء المبحث الثاني: قياس العلاقة بين بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية ومعدل الفقر في العراق، وتناول المبحث الثالث: رؤى ومعالجات لتخفيض معدلات الفقر في العراق، ومن ثم، التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات.
