وصف وتشخيص أبعاد سلسلة التجهيز المتسارعة بحث استطلاعي لآراء عينة من العاملين في معاونية السمنت الشمالية / معمل سمنت بادوش التوسيع
Abstract
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن مدى توافر أبعاد سلسلة التجهيز المتسارعة والمتمثلة بـ (الاستجابة، التكيف، السرعة، تكنولوجيا المعلومات) في معاونية السمنت الشمالية / معمل سمنت بادوش التوسيع، ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في طرح الأفكار ومعالجة البيانات وتفسيرها، وحدد الباحث معاونية السمنت الشمالية/معمل سمنت بادوش التوسيع كميدان للبحث الحالي وبلغ مُجتمع الدراسة ما يقارب (1400) فرد في جميع أقسام المعمل وتم توزيع (الاستبانة) والتي تمثل الاداة الرئيسة للدراسة على عينة عشوائية بلغت (331) فرد ، وإن الباحث اعتمد على عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية لتحليل البيانات بهدف الحصول على آراء الأفراد المبحوثين، ومن أهم هذه الوسائل هي (التكرارات والنسب المئوية والوسط الحسابي والاهمية النسبية)،وذلك تم باعتماد البرمجة الاحصائية الجاهزة (SPSS V26). وفي ضوء ما تقدم قد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: توافر أبعاد سلسلة التجهيز المتسارعة في المعمل المبحوث، وتم التوصل الى عدد من المُقترحات وأهمها: ضرورة اهتمام إدارة المعمل المعمول على تعزيز الاهتمام بسلسلة التجهيز المتسارعة بأبعادها الاربعة في جميع الاقسام المختلفة ولا يجب أن تقتصر على قسم دون أخر.
