دور ممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تعزيز الشمول المالي بحث تحليلي في مصرف الرافدين فرع الكوت

هدف البحث إلى تحديد تأثير ممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء بأبعادها ( التوظيف الاخضر ،التدريب والتطوير الاخضر ، ادارة وتقييم الاداء الاخضر ، انظمة التعويض والتحفيز الاخضر ، علاقات العمل الخضراء) في تعزيز الشمول المالي ، إذ حاول الباحثين الوصول الى قياس علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث واختبارها. ولتحقيق ذلك حاول البحث الاعتماد على مساهمات مجموعة من الباحثين المختصين والدراسات الرصينة التي تناولت دراسة المتغيرين المبحوثة. وقد اشملت عينة الدراسة على (50) فرد من الموظفين في مصرف الرافدين في واسط فرع الهورة جرى تحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها عبر اداة البحث باستعمال عدد من البرامج الإحصائية(SPSSV•23) AmosV•23) ( و(2010 Microsoft Excel. ) (3 .Mod Graph V ) للوصول الى النتائج المتعلقة بها. واستعمل معامل الارتباط (Spearman) لقياس علاقة الارتباط بين المتغيرات و اختبار (t) لمعرفة الدلالة المعنوية لهذه العلاقة، وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد (Multiple Regression Analysis)، واختبار(F) لتحديد معنوية معادلة الانحدار، كما تم استعمال (R2) لتفسير مقدار تأثير المتغيرات المستقلة في المتغير المعتمد. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها هناك تأثير لممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تعزيز الشمول المالي .
ثم اختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات وكانت من بين هذه التوصيات ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بمتغيرات الدراسة من خلال التركيز على الممارسات الخضراء والانظمة والاهداف الخضراء لتحقيق استدامة المنظمة والبيئة والمجتمع .
