(دور سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية في تعزيز السلوك الريادي لدى الموظفين الحكوميين) ( جامعة تكريت أنموذجاً)

يهدف البحث الحالي الى تحليل واقع ممارسات سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية والسلوك الريادي لدى عينة من مديري وموظفي جامعة تكريت، فضلاً عن تشخيص طبيعة علاقة الاثر بين سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية والسلوك الريادي في جامعة تكريت .تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في البحث كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات .
تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في ( جامعة تكريت ) ( رئاسة الجامعة حصراً ) والبالغ عددهم ( 3500) موظف ، تم سحب عينة قوامها (200) مفردة وبعد الفرز الاولي تم تقسيم العينة الى عينتين طبقتين الاولى مثلت المديرين وقوامها (60) مفردة لقياس سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية، في حين تكونت العينة الثانية من الموظفين وقوامها ( 140) مفردة لقياس ابعاد السلوك الريادي وتم دراستها بشكل كامل.
أظهرت النتائج أن سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي وتعزيز الابتكار والإبداع وزيادة رضا الموظفين. كما وجد أن هذه السلوكيات تساعد في تحسين التواصل التنظيمي وتطوير القدرات القيادية وتعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي وخلق بيئة عمل ريادية. بناءً على هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بتعزيز برامج التدريب على القيادة التحويلية وتشجيع بيئة الابتكار وتحسين قنوات التواصل وتنمية المهارات القيادية لدى الموظفين. كما توصي بدعم السلوك الريادي واستخدام الموارد البشرية بكفاءة لتحقيق أفضل نتائج تنظيمية.
