دور القيادة الحكيمة في تحقيق الأداء الابتكاري دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من القيادات الادارية في كلية الحدباء الجامعة

يهدف البحث الى التحقق من علاقة القيادة الحكيمة وتأثيرها بوصفها متغيرا مستقلا في الأداء الابتكاري ومتغيرا تابعا ، وقد تمت دراسة هذه المتغيرات في كلية الحدباء الجامعة للوصول إلى عدد من التوصيات التي تساعد في تعزيز القيادة الحكيمة في المنظمة عينة البحث ، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وشملت العينة (25) فرداً من القيادات الإدارية في الكلية أعلاه، كما اعتمد البحث على الاستبانة بوصفها أداة لجمع البيانات، ولأجل معالجة البيانات والمعلومات اعتمد البحث البرمجة الاحصائية (SPSS) ، وتوصل البحث الى العديد من الاستنتاجات كان من الأبرز بينها وجود ارتباط واثر بين متغيرات البحث، في ضوء ذلك تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات كان أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بصياغة برامج تدريبية ذات علاقة بالقيادة الحكيمة ومبادئها وسلوكيات تفعيلها ضمن المؤسسات العلمية على وجه الخصوص.
