Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة تأثير الاستراتيجية الرقمية :(الحوسبة السحابية، وانترنت الأشياء، والتواصل الاجتماعي، والبيانات الضخمة) في الأداء التنظيمي:(الأداء المالي، الزبون- السوق، العمليات الداخلية التعلّم والنموّ) لدى عيّنة من العاملين في شركة آسيا سيل، إذْ تَمّ توزيع(256) استمارة استبانة، وتَمّ تحليل البيانات باستعمال البرامج الإحصائية الآتية( (SPSSV.24و(AMOSV.24)، واختبار فرضيات البحث، وتوصّل الباحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات أهمّها وجود تأثير معنوي للاستراتيجية الرقمية في الأداء التنظيمي للشركة المبحوثة، واستناداً إلى الاستنتاجات التي توصّل إليها، قدّم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات المقترحة، كان من أبرزها التأكيد على ضرورة التوسّع في مضامين الاستراتيجية الرقمية، ومحاولة تنفيذها لتتكامل مع بعضها بما ينعكس ايجابياً على واقع عمل الشركة المبحوثة، فضلاً عن وجوب زيادة وعي الإدارات العليا عن مستويات أداء شركتهم، ومحاولة تطبيق أكثر النماذج شيوعاً لقياسه، بما يتلاءم مع طبيعة عمل الشركة المبحوثة. أظهرت الأدبيات السابقة وجود فجوة معرفية لتفسير العلاقة بين الاستراتيجية الرقمية والأداء التنظيمي في المنظّمات بشكل عام.
