الصمت التنظيمي للأكاديميين ودوره في منع تسرّب المعرفة التنظيمية دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من الأساتذة في بعض من كُلّيات جامعة البصرة

هدفت هذه الدراسة لتحديد دور الصمت التنظيمي وأبعاده: (صمت الاذعان، الصمت الدفاعي، الصمت الداعم للمجتمع) في منع تسرّب المعرفة التنظيمية سواء أكان تسرّب المعرفة التنظيمية المتعمد ام غير المتعمد. إذْ جرى تكوين المخطّط الفرضي للدراسة وفقاً لمتغيّراتها الرئيسة وأبعادها والتي على أساسها جرى تطوير الفرضيات الرئيسة. واختبرت هذه الدراسة في قطاع التعليم العالي وتحديدا في بعض من كُلّيات جامعة البصرة. و استعملت الاستبانة كأسلوب لجمع البيانات من عيّنة قصدية بلغت 40 تدريسياً. وقد أظهرت النتائج في ضوء توظيف برنامج Spss وجود علاقة تأثير وارتباط إحصائية ومعنوية بين الصمت التنظيمي وتسرّب المعرفة التنظيمية، و من ثَمّ يعتمد نجاح أي مؤسّسة على منع تسرّب المعرفة التنظيمية، لأنها النواة التقنية لنجاحها وتميّزها عن سائر المؤسّسات الأخرى ضمن مجالها، وذلك من خلال تبنّي توجّهات ومداخل إدارية جديدة كالصمت التنظيمي، الذي يُعدّ بمثابة حاجز خفي يمنع تسرّبها للبيئة الخارجية.
