علاقة التنوع الديموغرافي بالفاعلية المؤسسية دراسة تحليلية لعينة من العاملين في المنظمات العامة في العراق

Abstract

أصبح التنوع أحد الظواهر المطلوب توافرها  داخل المنظمات العامة, في ضوء التغيرات الحاصلة  في المحيط العالمي  والدولي وفي مختلف المجالات , عليه جاءت حتمية دراسة تاثير هذه الظاهرة في المؤسسات المختلفة  لاسيما العامة منها في غالبية البلدان النامية  بضمنها العراق ، هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحليل العلاقة بين التنوع الديموغرافي والفاعلية المؤسسية لعينة من العاملين في المؤسسات العامة  شملت  ( 500 ) مستجيب وزعت الاستمارات عليهم عشوائياً  , عد التنوع متغيرا مستقلا والفاعلية المؤسسية متغيرا تابعا   أستخدمت الباحثة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات المتعلقه بهذا البحث   ادوات المقابلة , الاستبيانوتم اجراء اختبار  الموثوقية للتاكد من صدق الفقرات وتحليل الارتباط والانحدار لإثبات فرضيات البحث , وقد اشارت النتائج الى وجود علاقة معنوية إيجابية بين التنوع بأنواعه المتعددة (النوع الاجتماعي، العمر ، مدة الخدمة  ،المؤهل العلمي ) وبين فاعلية لمؤسسات العامة ,ومن اهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث ضرورة حرص إدارات المؤسسات على رؤية الحاجة إلى التنوع في ظل التحولات البيئية والديموغرافية التي شهدها المجتمع العراقي لاسيما في العقدين الاخرين والتأكيد على أن الموظفين يمكنهم العمل معًا على الرغم من اختلافاتهم المتعددة
