Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي الى تحديد اهم الاثار التي تترتب على اعتماد انظمة ادارة الموارد البشرية مزدوجة التوجه من قبل المنظمات في دعم وتعزيز قدرة سماسرة المعرفة على تنفيذ ادوارهم، وذلك بالتركيز على جانبين مهمين في ادارة الموارد البشرية وهي رفاهيتهم وانجازاتهم، واربعة ادوار رئيسة لسماسرة المعرفة وهي (الاتصال، التنسيق، دعم القرارات والخطط الاستراتيجية). وقد اشارت مشكلة البحث الى انخفاض الادراك المعرفي لدى المنظمة ميدان التطبيق بطبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرات المبحوثة واهم الآليات التي يمكن اعتمادها لاستثمار نتائجها، لذا تبرز اهمية البحث في محاولة الباحثان مراجعة بعض المراجع السابقة لصياغة الاسس والمعايير التي يمكن ان تعالج هذه المشكلة او تقلل من اثارها، او اهداف البحث فتتمثل بتشخيص واقع المتغيرات المبحوثة وطبيعة العلاقة بينها. ومن اجل تحقيق هذه الاهداف اعتمد المنهج الوصفي لتطابقه مع هذه الاهداف، اذ استعملت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات والتي اعدت وفقاً لمعايير ومؤشرات جاهزة، تم تكييفها لتلائم البيئة العراقية، والتي تم توزيعها على عينة قوامها (37) فرداً من العاملين في مصرف الرشيد/ فرع السباع. واعتمد الباحثان على بعض الادوات الاحصائية المتاحة ضمن برنامج (SPSS-V21) في معالجة هذه البيانات، والتي اسفرت عن عده نتائج اكدت صحة فرضيات البحث في وجود علاقات ترابط وتأثير معنوية بين المتغيرات التي تم دراستها، لذا اوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيق الانظمة المزدوجة لإدارة الموارد البشرية لكونها الجهة المحركة لكافة موارد المنظمة والتي تتقدمها المعرفة المتداولة داخلها وخارجها بواسطة سماسرة المعرفة.
