A proposed model for implementing the sustainable Agile Manufacturing strategy with four-dimensional concurrent engineering technology and its impact on achieving competitive advantages

Abstract

ما تشهده بيئة الاعمال الحديثة اليوم من تطورات وتغييرات متسارعة ومستمرة نتيجة عولمة الاسواق والتقدم التكنولوجي وتنامي طلبات الزبائن وتنوعها بشكل لا يمكن التنبؤ بها, ادى الى زيادة حدة المنافسة بين الوحدات الاقتصادية حيث اصبحت مندفعة نحو البحث عن اساليب وطرق جديدة في التصنيع لتلبية متطلبات السوق والحفاظ على الزبون لأجل ضمان البقاء والاستمرارية في هذه البيئة التنافسية.

وجاءت استراتيجية التصنيع المتسارع المستدامة(Sustainability Agile Manufacturing Strategy) SAMS تلبيتا لهذه البيئة التنافسية كمفهوم جديد يوسع مفهوم التكامل و تقديم أسس المعرفة لمعالجة الصعوبات والمشاكل التي تواجهها بيئة الأعمال , اذ تهدف SAMS)) إلى توفير حل للمشاكل التي تواجه بيئة التصنيع الحالية الشديدة التقلب والمعقدة حيث جاءت استراتيجية التصنيع بأسلوب يقوم على تجميع استراتيجيات التصنيع الرشيق والتصنيع المتسارع ضمن منهج واحد مع اعتبارات الاستدامة , عن طريق جمع بين مجالات الاعمال الرئيسة مثل التصميم والتصنيع والتجهيز والتسويق والمبيعات لإعطاء نهج نظام متكامل للتصنيع و ادارة المشروع بكامله على عكس نهج الاستراتيجيات الأخرى, ويهدف البحث الى تعزيز قدرات الوحدات الصناعية العراقية بشكل عام ومصنع نسيج وحياكة واسط محل البحث بشكل خاص للتعامل مع التغيرات المستمرة في رغبات وأذواق الزبائن, ومواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في بيئة الاعمال بما يساهم في كسب رضا الزبائن نحو المنتجات المصنعة محليا وتحقيق المزايا التنافسية.

 What the modern business environment is witnessing today in terms of agility and continuous developments and changes as a result of market globalization, technological advancement and the growing and diversified demands of customers in an unpredictable manner, which led to an increase in competition between economic units as it became impulsive towards the search for new methods and methods in manufacturing to meet market requirements and maintain The customer to ensure survival and continuity in this competitive environment.  .       .

 The Sustainability Agile Manufacturing Strategy (SAMS) came as a response to this competitive environment as a new concept that expands the concept of integration and provides the foundations of knowledge to address the difficulties and problems faced by the business environment, as SAMS aims to provide a solution to the problems facing the current highly volatile and complex manufacturing environment where the manufacturing strategy came. In a method based on grouping the strategies of lean manufacturing and Agile Manufacturing within a single approach with considerations of sustainability, by combining the main business areas such as design, manufacturing, processing, financing, marketing and sales to give an integrated system approach to manufacturing and managing the entire project, unlike the approach of other strategies, and the current research aims to identify The extent to which the Iraqi economic units have applied the Sustainability Agile Manufacturing Strategy and the extent of its reflection in rationalizing costs and achieving competitive advantages.  .
