أثـر الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشـر في تنمية الصادرات فـي العراق للمـدة (1990ـ2017)

Abstract

المستخلص

     تواجه الدول النامية ومنها العراق صعوبات كبيرة في الحصول على رؤوس اموال محلية وبمقادير كافية لتحقيق المستوى المطلوب من الاستثمار لتنمية اقتصادياتها ، لذلك اتجهت هذه الدول إلى جذب الأستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ومحاولة خلق بيئة أستثمارية جاذبة من خلال تهيئة مقومات هذه البيئة .

     ويلعب الأستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الدول النامية دوراً بارزاً في رفع كفاءة قطاع التصدير ، حيث أن هنالك منتجات لا يمكن أنتاجها بدون نشاط الشركات الأجنبية ، حيث يسهم وجود مثل هذه الشركات في فتح الأسواق العالمية لمنتجات الصناعات التي تقيمها في البلدان المضيفة للأستثمار ، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى زيادة الصادرات .

      وعلى أساس ذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف معرفة تأثير الأستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في بيئة العراق الأقتصادية وبما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية الأقتصادية ، والعلاقة بين هذا النوع من الأستثمارات والصادرات في العراق خلال مدة زمنية محددة .

      وقد تجسدت مشكلة البحث في أن العراق يعاني من معوقات ومشاكل في جذب الأستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لتنمية صادراتها ، ومن خلالها تم صياغة الفرضية التي مفادها أن الصادرات في العراق تتأثر بشكل كبير بتدفـق الأستثمـار الأجنبي المباشـر اليهـا ، وغطت الدراسـة المـدة ( 1990-2017 ) ، كما اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الجانب النظري معتمدين في ذلك على اساليب التحليل الأقتصادي ، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد استخدم المنهج الكمي الأحصائي للكشف عن العلاقة السببية ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من الاستنتاجات ، وقدمت الباحثة بعض المعالجات التي تراها ضرورية في معالجة هذه المشكلة .

ABSTRACT         

 Developing countries, including Iraq, face great difficulties in obtaining local capital and in sufficient amounts to achieve the required level of investment to develop their economies. Therefore, these countries have tended to attract foreign direct investment and try to create an attractive investment environment by creating the ingredients for this environment.

      Foreign direct investment in developing countries plays a prominent role in raising the efficiency of the export sector, as there are products that cannot be produced without the activity of foreign companies, as the presence of such companies contributes to opening global markets for the products of the industries it establishes in the host countries of investment, which leads to Increased exports

On the basis of that, this study came with the aim of knowing the effect of foreign direct investment in the economic environment of Iraq and what contributes to achieving economic development, and the relationship between this type of investments and exports in Iraq during a specific time period.

   The research problem was embodied in that Iraq suffers from obstacles and problems in attracting foreign direct investment to develop its exports, and through it was formulated the hypothesis that exports in Iraq are greatly affected by the flow of foreign direct investment to them, and the study covered the period (1990-2017), as the study covered the period (1990-2017), as well The study adopted the descriptive approach to study the theoretical side, relying in this on the methods of economic analysis. As for the applied side, the statistical quantitative approach was used to reveal the causal relationship. The study reached a number of conclusions, and the researcher presented some treatments that she deems necessary in treating these the problem.
