Abstract

Abstract Theoretical study of the concept and pro-growth policies for the poor That economic growth alone is not enough to achieve pro-poor growth but also to pursue policies to help corrected it, policies which reduce the degree of inequality in income distribution and increase the participation of the poor in economic activity and contribute to the process of growth that benefits the poor more than the rich, these policies are more interested in groups of people which are located at the bottom of the income distribution curve or spending curve. المستخلص أن تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي وحده لا يكفي لتحقيق نمو مناصر للفقراء, بل ايضاً بأتباع سياسات تساعد على تصحيحه، وهي سياسات تقلل من درجة عدم المساواة في توزيع الدخل وتزيد من مشاركة الفقراء في النشاط الاقتصادي وتسهم في عملية النمو التي يستفيد منها الفقراء اكثر من الأغنياء, فهي سياسات تهتم بدرجة اكبر بالفئات التي تقع في اسفل منحنى توزيع الدخل او الأنفاق .
