Abctract This research attempts to study monetary consent masters in Iraq universities (study applied in universities Baghdad – jadria) for smart cards which from means technological whom Introduced use in Iraq for her positive effects on individuals and establishments of banking and the positive impact on the nationally economy, Across three sections of research from methodology to the end of the conclusion and recommendations . المستخلص: يسعى هذا البحث المتواضع الى دراسة مدى تقبل اساتذة الجامعات العراقية-دراسة تطبيقية في جامعة بغداد /جادرية للبطاقة الذكية التي تعد من الوسائل التكنولوجية المصرفية الحديثة والتي استحدث استخدامها في العراق لما لها من آثار ايجابية كبيرة على الافراد والمؤسسات المصرفية ولانعكاساتها الايجابية على الاقتصاد الوطني ، عبر ثلاثة مباحث من منهجية البحث وانتهاء الى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات .
