Network analysis methods use in the control of production processes and reduce costs / case study in the General Company for Leather Industries

Abstract

ABSTRACT Operations research seeks to determine the best course of action for problem resolution in accordance with the limited resources and often the term is associated with the analysis of mathematical modeling and decision analysis, where mathematical models are the cornerstone of operations research. Apply too much of our industrial methods manual and traditional in the calculation of times, productivity and control of production processes, and lacks the use of quantitative methods and statistical, including methods of operations research, and so came this research is an attempt to use methods of analysis, networking and two stylistic CPM and style and knowledge of their importance in controlling the operations manufacturing and after use to reduce manufacturing costs. The research found the most important set of conclusions that the use of CPM method contributes to reduce the times of production processes through the integration of some production processes and reduce the effort and time invested in the production of the final product الملخص: تسعى بحوث العمليات الى تحديد مسار الفعل الافضل لمشكلة القرار على وفق محدودية المصادر وغالبا ما يكون هذا المصطلح مرتبطا بالتحليل الرياضي لنمذجة القرار وتحليله حيث تعد النماذج الرياضية الحجر الاساس لبحوث العمليات. تطبق الكثير من شركاتنا الصناعية الاساليب اليدوية والتقليدية في حساب الاوقات الانتاجية والسيطرة على العمليات الانتاجية، وتفتقر الى استخدام الاساليب الكمية والاحصائية ومنها اساليب بحوث العمليات ،ولذا جاء هذا البحث محاولة لاستخدام اساليب التحليل الشبكي وهو اسلوبي CPM ومعرفة اهميته في السيطرة على العمليات التصنيعية واثر استخدامه في تقليل التكاليف التصنيعية. وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات اهمها ان استخدام اسلوبي CPM يساهم في تقليل اوقات العمليات الانتاجية من خلال دمج بعض العمليات الانتاجية وتقليل الجهد والوقت المستثمر في انتاج المنتوج النهائي.
