The role of electronic commerce in the promotion of economic performance (U.S. - Iraq model)

Abstract

The present study aim to crystallize an intellectual farm about Electronic commerce , that is consider modern model for trade indpended from many modern country and we trying to knowledge for the importance of this in the developed economical the choosly countries , this trade takes largely volume for electronic business among the part business , it consider from the important elements in developed the active economic which depend on the technology beside the development of internet showing the important of Electronic-Commerce in the (USA) and usefully from this experiment by ablating in the Iraqi economic , the Iraqi economic from the importance economic in the Arabian land because his ability speeds for the taking because it contain different type structure is taking all growing planning which able to grow up especially the modern technology in the parts of his economic , (Electronic commerce) which able to increase the (GDP) of Iraqi which effects increase the size of the employment and less the unemployment and developing the country through develop the workers and program developing . المستخلص : تستهدف هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الإطار الفكري للتجارة الالكترونية بعدها انموذجاً حديثاً للتجارة دأبت عليه العديد من الدول المتقدمة ، ومحاولة التعرف على أهمية ودور هذه التجارة في دعم اقتصاديات دول العينة لاسيما ان هذه التجارة احتلت الحجم الأكبر من التعاملات الالكترونية بين قطاعات الاعمال ، وهي تعد من العناصر المهمة في تطوير الاقتصاد الفعال المعتمد على التكنولوجيا الحديثة في ظل تطور الشبكة العالمية للمعلومات (الانترنت) مستعرضين أهمية التجارة الالكترونية في الولايات المتحدة ، والاستفادة من هذه التجربة عبر تطبيقها في الاقتصاد العراقي ، إذ ان الاقتصاد العراقي يعد من الاقتصاديات المهمة في المنطقة العربية عموماً وذلك لقدرته على الاستجابة السريعة للمعطيات العالمية كونه اقتصاداً ذات هيكلية متنوعة وواعدة إذا ما توفرت الخطط التنموية الشاملة والقادرة على النهوض به وخاصة إدخال التكنولوجيا الحديثة في مفاصل اقتصاده لاسيما التجارة الالكترونية إذ يمكن لها ان تحقق زيادة كبيرة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي العراقي وما ينعكس ذلك على زيادة حجم التشغيل وتقليل البطالة وتطور البلد عبر تطوير كوادره الفنية العاملة وتطور برامج البحث والتطوير ...
