تأثير نمط القيادة في تعزيز الولاء الوظيفي لدى موظفي جامعة القاسم الخضراء

Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى بحث العلاقة بين أنماط القيادة والولاء الوظيفي من منظور عينة من الموظفين (الأساتذة والإداريين) من مختلف المسميات الوظيفية والخلفيات الأكاديمية في جامعة القاسم الخضراء في العراق. استُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، مع تطبيق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي لتمثيل آراء عينة البحث، التي تم اختيارها باستعمال أسلوب العينة العشوائية. اذ تم توزيع 55 استبانة على عينة البحث عشوائيًا، وتم استعادة 50 استبانة صالحة للتحليل، ما يُمثل معدل استجابة بلغ 91%. أظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباط إيجابي قوي بين نمط القيادة الديمقراطية والولاء الوظيفي، وارتباط عكسي بين نمط القيادة السلطوية والولاء الوظيفي. كما كشفت البحث عن عدم وجود ارتباط بين نمط القيادة المتساهل والولاء الوظيفي. وبناءً على ذلك، اقترحت البحث بأن يُعزز نمط القيادة المُعتمد في المؤسسات المستهدفة الولاء الوظيفي والأداء العام. كما اقترحت البحث توسيع نطاق البحث ليشمل عددًا أكبر من الجامعات الحكومية والخاصة، والنظر في أنماط قيادية أخرى كمتغيرات في البحوث المستقبلية.
