A study of some effecting factors of the infection with squamous cancer cells

المستخلص تم التحري عن سرطان الفم ( الخد والشفة) بين المرضى البالغين وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات التي تشمل العمر والجنس من كلا الجنسين للمرحلة العمرية( 10-89 ( وشملت الدراسة (36) حالة إصابة بسرطان الفم وهي(13) إصابة بسرطان الخد للفئات العمرية المختلفة إما الإصابة بسرطان الشفة فكان (23) إصابة للفئات العمرية المختلفة تم جمع العينات من ثلاث مستشفيات في بغداد وهي مستشفى الشهيد عدنان ,و مستشفى الواسطي, ومستشفى الكرخ التعليمي فكانت اعلى نسبة اصابة بسرطان الشفة عند الذكور وهي (57%) اما اعلى نسبة اصابة بكل من سرطان الخد والشفة ففي الفئة العمرية من (50-69) سنة . وقد تبين من البحث ان الجنس له علاقة بالإصابة بهذا المرض، كما بين البحث وجود فرق كبير بين نسبة الذكور والإناث اذ يظهر في البحث إن الذكور أكثر إصابة بسرطان الخد والشفة نتيجة عوامل التدخين وشرب الكحول التي تكون مرتبطة بالعنصر الذكري منها لدى الإناث . إما بالنسبة للعمر فيصاب الإنسان بمختلف الأعمار إلا أنها تتمركز بالفئة العمرية (50-69) سنة لدى كل من الذكور والإناث. لذا سيتم في هذا البحث دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على الاصابة بسرطان الخد والشفة باستخدام اختبار ²χ كاي سكوير للاستقلالية باستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي الجاهز SPSS. Abstract Cancer hits males as well as females. The percentage of this disease is increasing after the age of Forties. But the Man may be caught by this disease at any age. Cancer is regarded as the main reason behind the death of children in many advanced countries. In recent ages, scientists have been able to diagnose or discover most of the reasons that lead to this disease. Chief among them are environmental factors such as being faced by chemical materials, smoking,malnutrition,Rays or being hit by certain Kinds of viruses that cause cancer. The individual or inherited factors play a less important role than that played by the environmental ones. N ever the less, the modern man lives in a very polluted and bad environment Air for instanced is polluted bycars, water by industrial wastes, food by reserving chemical materials, plant-seeds are also polluted and fruits by the chemical materials that kill insects. In this research, the effective reasons that lead to cancer of cheek and lip are going to be studied by using χ² Test for Independence and through using SPSS the Ready statistical programmed.
