Abstract

          يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه حوكمة الموارد البشرية في تحقيق الأداء البارع؛ إذ انه من المهم جداً وجود قواعد ومبادئ وسياسات حوكمة الشركات وفقاً للممارسات الموارد البشرية الذي سيكون محور بحثنا، لذا اعتمد البحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي باستهداف عينة قصدية للمستويات الإدارية في الجامعة إذ بلغ حجم العينة (67) شخصا، وفق قانون "دي "موركان" لتكون عدد الاستمارات النهائية الصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي (56) مستجيباً. إذ تعد الاستبانة أداة رئيسة للبحث لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، فضلا عن اعتماد المقابلات الشخصية وطبق برنامج (Spss.v24) لغرض استخراج نتائج البحث اظهر البحث عدد من النتائج كان أبرزها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لحوكمة الموارد البشرية في تحقيق الأداء البارع؛ إذ توضح نتائج التحليل ان إدارة جامعه بغداد تسعى لتطبيق قواعد ومبادئ حوكمة الموارد البشرية.
