دور المرونة السيبرانية في تعزيز الثقة الرقمية / دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من موظفي البنك المركزي العراقي فرع الموصل
Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير المرونة السيبرانية ودورها في خلق الثقافة الرقمية في القطاع المصرفي، لذا تم اعتماد البنك المركزي العراقي/ فرع الموصل لدراسة هذا التأثير، واعتمدت استمارة الاستبانة بوصفها أداة لجمع البيانات؛ اذ وزعت (80) استمارة واسترجعت بشكل كامل وكان الصالح منها للتحليل الاحصائي (73)، وحللت البيانات باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS. V26) من أجل إيجاد التكرارات والنسب المئوية والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري كأدوات لوصف متغيرات البحث فضلا عن استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي ( (SMART PLS V3لإيجاد علاقات الارتباط والاثر بين متغيرات البحث واختبار الفرضيات، وقد توصل البحث لعدد من الاستنتاجات كان من أهمها اعتبار المرونة السيبرانية عاملاً حاسمًا في تعزيز مستوى الثقة الرقمية داخل البنك المركزي العراقي/ فرع الموصل، إذ أن العلاقة بين المتغيرين هي علاقة طردية ومعنوية بما يعكس اعتماد مستويات الثقة الرقمية على قدرة المؤسسة في إدارة أبعاد المرونة السيبرانية بصورة فعّالة، وأوصى البحث بضرورة إدراج المرونة السيبرانية ضمن الاستراتيجية العامة للبنك كعنصر من عناصر الحوكمة الرقمية بما يضمن تكاملها مع باقي السياسات الإدارية والتقنية ونشر ثقافة المرونة و الأمن السيبراني بين الموظفين لأجل معرفة اهمية التعامل مع البيانات وحمايتها مما يؤدي إلى تعزيز الثقة الرقمية بينهم وبين المتعاملين معهم، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التفاعل الإيجابي مع المنصات الرقمية المعتمدة في التعاملات المصرفية.
