Deviations administration and its relationship to improving the production process

Abstract

Abstract Based search application of statistical tools and the amount used in the methodology (six sigma) for the implementation of quality control measures in the Nasr Company for Mechanical Industries for the advancement of the quality required by identifying deviations in the production process and their causes Search contains three sections, which included the first systematic search through the importance and objectives and the research problem, the sample . Surveyed, the second dealt with theoretical underpinnings and the definition was taken 6)( and its importance at the present time and how to apply the methodology for the purpose of access to zero errors or defects to move to Level 6)( and improve the production process, singled out the third section the practical side of the research has been the application of each of you stated concepts and techniques in the theoretical side of samples drawn from the company, either the fourth and conclusions contained recommendations that have been reached. ملخص البحث استند البحث الى تطبيق الأدوات الإحصائية والكمية المستخدمة في منهجية (six sigma) لتنفيذ اجراءات ضبط الجودة في شركة النصر للصناعات الميكانيكية من اجل النهوض بالجودة المطلوبة من خلال تحديد الانحرافات في العملية الانتاجية واسبابها . احتوى البحث ثلاثة مباحث ، تضمن الاول منهجية البحث من خلال الأهمية والأهداف ومشكلة البحث والعينة المبحوثة ، فيما تناول الثاني المرتكزات النظرية وفيه تم تناول التعريف ب (6) واهميتها في الوقت الحاضر وكيفية تطبيق منهجيتها لغرض الوصول الى الأخطاء او العيوب الصفرية للانتقال الى مستوى (6) وتحسين العملية الانتاجية ، فيما اختص المبحث الثالث بالجانب التطبيقي للبحث حيث تم تطبيق كل ما ورد من مفاهيم وتقنيات في الجانب النظري على العينات المسحوبة من الشركة ، اما الرابع فقد احتوى والأستنتاجات التوصيات التي تم التوصل اليها.
