''Role of Organizational culture in the contemporary trend toward electronic management applications field study in Maysan University

Abstract

Abstract The Research aimed to measuring the dimensions of organizational culture and its role to the project application of electronic management, It is achieved on a sample of managers in the sector of Higher Education - University of Maysan, It has been based on a basic hypothesis, that ((check the organizational culture with multiple variable correlation significant moral with project application of the electronic management)) , the researcher used the descriptive method in the theoretical part, and statistical analysis in practical part, and developed for this purpose a questionnaire suitable for the nature of the research and goals. The research point out many conclusions, the most important of which ((culture, organizational, prevailing in the organization examined, characterized by force and coherence as it came highly significance level (important) on an area of the scale. The research concluded with number of recommendations was the most important (initiative Avenue towards the establishment of the electronic University that include specialties in the management of e-business and knowledge management, information and computer technology and software. استهدف البحث قياس ابعاد الثقافة التنظيمية ودورها في مشروع تطبيق الادارة الالكترونية ، اجري البحث على عينة من المديرين في قطاع التعليم العالي – جامعة ميسان ، بني البحث على فرضية رئيسة مفادها ان (( تحقق الثقافة التنظيمية بمتغيراتها المتعددة علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة معنوية بمشروع تطبيق الادارة الالكترونية )) ، استخدم الباحث الاسلوب الوصفي في الجانب النظري والتحليل الاحصائي في الجانب التطبيقي ، وطورت لهذا الغرض استمارة استبيان تناسب طبيعة البحث واهدافه. توصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات اهمها (( الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة لدى المنظمة المبحوثة تتصف بالقوة والتماسك اذ جاءت بدرجة اهمية بمستوى ( مهــم ) على مساحة المقياس ، كما خرج البحث بجملة من التوصيات كان من اهمها ( المبادرة الجادة نحو تأسيس الجامعة الالكترونية على ان تتضمن تخصصات في ادارة الاعمال الالكترونية وادارة المعرفة والمعلوماتية وتقنيات الحاسوب والبرامجيات.
