أثر محو الامية المؤسسي في تعزيز الذكاء الاستراتيجي: دراسة تحليلية في جامعة جابر بن حيان الطبية والصيدلانية
Abstract
يهدف البحث لدراسة تأثير محو الامية التنظيمي كمتغير مستقل عن طريق أبعاده المتمثلة بـ(فحص ملاءمة التنظيمية، ترسيخ الفهم الناشئ، وإطار عمل لتغيير العادات الفردية) في تعزيز الذكاء الاستراتيجي بوصفه متغيراً تابعاً بأبعاده المتمثلة بـ(الاستشراف، التفكير المنطقي، الرؤية، الشراكة، التحفيز) فقد اختيرت جامعة ابن حيان الطبية والصيدلانية بوصفه ميداناً لتطبيق الجانب العملي للبحث، وحددت مشكلة البحث من خلال طرح التساؤل الرئيس:
كيف تؤثر عمليات محو الامية التنظيمي في تعزيز مستوى الذكاء الاستراتيجي لدى أساتذة وموظفي جامعة جابر بن حيان الطبية والصيدلانية؟ وللوصول إلى الإجابة تضمن البحث مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعية لتحقيق أهداف البحث، لتحقيق تلك الاهداف اعتمد الباحث على مجموعة من الدراسات والمصادر العلمية لتحديد أبعاد متغيرات الدراسة وصياغة فرضياتها ،اما بالنسبة للجانب الميداني فقد استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف متغيرات البحث وتحليل فرضياتها باستعمال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS -V.27وبرنامج AMOS V.27 لنمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية تالف مجتمع الدراسة من الأساتذة والموظفين في جميع اقسام الجامعة والبالغ عددهم(400)موظف واستاذ ، كانت عدد الاستمارات الموزعة هي (123) استمارة تم استرجاع (120) استبانة مثلت عينة البحث، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها، وجود علاقة تأثير بين محو الامية التنظيمي و الذكاء الاستراتيجي مع تباين هذه العلاقة على مستوى الأبعاد الفرعية في ضوء إجابات المبحوثين، الأمر الذي يؤكد أهمية محو الامية التنظيمي في تعزيز الذكاء الاستراتيجي. واعتماداً على الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليه البحث، قدمت مجموعة من المقترحات أهمها عقد ورش عمل متخصصة للعمداء ورؤساء الأقسام تركز على مهارات (التفكير المنطقي) و(المرونة المعرفية) لتمكين القادة من التشكيك في الافتراضات الإدارية الحالية وإعادة هندسة العمليات الجامعية، مما يعزز قدرتهم على صياغة رؤية استراتيجية مرنة تتكيف مع التغيرات السريعة في قطاع التعليم الطبي.
