The impact of Intelligent leadership on enhancing organizational health: An analytical study of the opinions of Middle leaders in the Iraqi Ministry of Education.
الملخص
The purpose of this study is to diagnose Intelligent leadership and organizational health and to uncover the nature of the impact of Intelligent leadership on improving organizational health for mid-level management officials within the Iraqi Ministry of Education. The approach of the study is descriptive-analytical. The study used a valid questionnaire and surveyed a sample of 113 mid-level Leaders. The findings indicate that Intelligent leadership was achieved at a medium level and had a tendency towards being acceptable, and it had a great advantage in spiritual and emotional Intelligence. Organizational health was found at a fairly good level, and there is a significant impact of Intelligent leadership on enhancing this issue as it accounted for (53.6%) of its variation. The findings of this study support the development of Intelligent leadership as a primary approach to improve organizational health within the Ministry of Education.
