The use of regression Allama'le determine the impact of progress in the patient's age in high blood pressure (systolic or diastolic) for the sample of patients from hospital to dignity in Wasit province

Abstract

Abstract The hypertension (systole or diastole) is important issues in Iraq because it ranks as one of most disease that cause of death in country. Since the old may be one of the most influencing factor in hypertension , then we harmonize regression equation between the predict variable (age) and response variable (systole or diastole ) high blood pressure. Some o f good estimation methods of nonparametric regression are used and furthermore some of methods are proposed . The mean square error and coefficient of determination (R2) are used to compare between this methods. Our conclusions are: 1- The optimal regression equation was estimated by the Conover method A(In case of systole) 2- The optimal regression equation was estimated by the proposed 3 method (In case of diastole)

يعد مرض ارتفاع ضغط الدم (الانقباضي او الانبساطي) واحدا من الظواهر الصحية المهمة في العراق وذلك لأنه يصنف كأحد أهم الأمراض التي غالبا ما تؤدي إلى الوفاة في البلد. وبما أن تقادم العمر يعد احد أهم العوامل المؤثرة في ضغط الدم ، لذا تم توفيق معادلة انحدار بين المتغير التوضيحي (العمر) ومتغير الاستجابة (ارتفاع ضغط الدم) . بعض من الطرائق التي ثبتت كفاءتها في تقدير معادلة الانحدار اللامعلمي (من خلال الدراسات السابقة) قد استخدمت في البحث فضلا" عن اقتراح عدد من الطرائق للغرض نفسه. معياري متوسط مربعات الخطأ ومعامل التحديد استخدما لغرض المفاضلة بين الطرائق المستخدمة في التقدير. أهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها: 1- الطريقة الأفضل في تقدير معادلة أنموذج ارتفاع ضغط الدم الانقباضي كانت طريقة (Conover Method). 2- الطريقة الأفضل في تقدير معادلة أنموذج ارتفاع ضغط الدم الانبساطي كانت الطريقة المقترحة الثالثة (Proposed 3 Method).
