تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على اتخاذ القرار في إدارة الأعمال (دراسة ميدانية في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي العراقي)
Abstract
يهدف البحث لتقييم مدى استعمال أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في عملية اتخاذ القرار بوزارة التربية والتعليم العالي. واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أظهرت الدراسة أن تحديد الأنماط والاتجاهات يساهم بنسبة 50.7% في تفسير التغيرات في القرارات الإدارية، مما يؤكد أثرها كعامل مؤثر وضروري لتحسين إدارة الأعمال داخل الوزارة. وأوصى البحث بتعزيز التركيز على تحديد الأنماط والاتجاهات بحيث يجب على الوزارة تطوير آليات لتحليل الأنماط والاتجاهات ودعمها بأنظمة تكنولوجية حديثة لزيادة دقة البيانات وتحسين عملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. وكذلك تبني استراتيجيات شاملة لتحسين إدارة الموارد وتوزيعها بكفاءة، مع توفير تدريب مستمر للعاملين لتعزيز مهاراتهم في إدارة الموارد.
