"دور التدفق النقدي الحر في تعزيز دقة قياس القيمة الاستعمالية بموجب معيار المحاسبة الدولي رقم 36: دراسة تطبيقية"
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مدى فاعلية التدفق النقدي الحر FCF)) في تعزيز دقة وموثوقية قياس القيمة الاستعمالية لشركة آسيا سيل، وفقًا لمعيار المحاسبة الدولي رقم (IAS 36) الخاص باختبار انخفاض قيمة الأصول. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، ,اعتمد المنهج الوصفي في معالجة الإطار النظري للمفاهيم المرتبطة بالتدفقات النقدية الحرة، وآليات قياس القيمة الاستعمالية، ومحددات الانخفاض في قيمة الأصول.
أما في بناء العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة وصياغة فرضياتها، فقد تم توظيف المنهج الاستنباطي، في حين استند الجانب التطبيقي إلى المنهج التحليلي من خلال استعمال البيانات المالية الفعلية لشركة آسيا سيل خلال سنوات الدراسة، واحتساب التدفقات النقدية الحرة وقياس القيمة النهائية للتوصل الى القيمة الاستعمالية، على وفق نموذج التدفقات النقدية المخصومة.
وقد أظهرت النتائج أن شركة آسيا سيل تمتلك قدرة متميزة على توليد تدفقات نقدية حرة مستقرة ومتنامية، الأمر الذي يعكس كفاءة عملياتها التشغيلية واستدامة أدائها المالي. كما بيّنت الدراسة أن إدماج التدفق النقدي الحر في عملية التقدير يؤدي إلى رفع مستوى الدقة والموثوقية في احتساب التدفقات النقدية المستقبلية المستعملة في قياس القيمة الاستعمالية، بما يعزز من موضوعية نتائج اختبار انخفاض قيمة الأصول على وفق متطلبات معيار المحاسبة الدولي رقم IAS 36.
وتؤكد هذه النتائج الأهمية البالغة ل استعمال التدفقات النقدية الحرة كأداة داعمة في القرارات المالية والمحاسبية المرتبطة بتقييم الأصول طويلة الأجل.
