أثر استخدام المعادلات الرياضية في تحليل الموازنات التقديرية على دقة التنبؤ المالي
Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر استعمال المعادلات الرياضية في تحليل الموازنات التقديرية على دقة التنبؤ المالي، باستعمال منهج ارتباطي كمي على عينة مكونة من 208 مُعدّي موازنات من مؤسسات اقتصادية في محافظة واسط. وتم جمع البيانات عبر مقياس مُحكم لدرجة استعمال المعادلات الرياضية (MUREM)، وتحليل وثائقي للقوائم المالية لحساب معدّل الانحراف النسبي المطلق (MAPE) كمؤشر للدقة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباط سالب قوي ودال إحصائياً (r = -0.67, p < 0.001) بين درجة الاستعمال والانحراف، ما يشير إلى أن الاعتماد المتزايد على الأدوات الكمية يحسّن الدقة بشكل ملحوظ. وبرز تحليل الحساسية والانحدار الخطي البسيط كأكثر الأدوات فاعليةً، في حين لم تُظهر النماذج البسيطة بوصفه (نقطة التعادل) وتأثيراً دالاً، وانخفضت العوائد الحدية للنماذج المعقدة في المؤسسات الصغيرة. كما تبيّن أن العلاقة بين الاستعمال والدقة تتأثر بمتغيرات وسيطة مثل حجم المؤسسة ونوع القطاع. وانسجاماً مع الإطار النظري، تؤكد النتائج أن الدقة لا تنبع من التعقيد بحد ذاته، بل من ملاءمة النموذج للسياق المؤسسي وقدرته على تقليل التحيّز المعرفي. وبناءً عليه، تُوصى الدراسة بتبني نهج تدرّجي في إدخال الأدوات الكمية، وتحديث المناهج التعليمية، وإصدار أدلة إرشادية موحدة لتعزيز حوكمة التخطيط المالي في البيئات الناشئة.
