دور القياده الرقمية في جاهزية المنظمات الأصيلة / دراسة استطلاعية لآراء العاملين في بعض المستشفيات الأهلية في محافظة بغداد / الرصافة
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الرقمية بأبعادها المتمثلة بـ(الاستراتيجية الرقمية، وثقافة التعلم الرقمي، والمواطنة الرقمية، والابتكار الرقمي) بوصفها متغيراً مستقلاً، وبيان تأثيرها في المنظمات الأصيلة بأبعادها المتمثلة بـ(الثقة والمصداقية بالقادة، والتواصل مع القائد، وروح الصداقة الحميمة، والتوافق بين العمل والعائلة) بوصفها متغيراً تابعاً. إذ تمثلت مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الآتي: " كيف تؤثر القيادة الرقمية في جاهزية المنظمات الأصيلة، وما الأبعاد الرئيسة التي تعزز من خلالها جاهزية المستشفيات الأهلية في محافظة بغداد للتحول الرقمي"
ويقدم هذا البحث إرشادات عملية للمسؤولين وصنّاع القرار لتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسهم في تعزيز تبني التكنولوجيا الرقمية وفاعلية المنظمة. ولتحقيق ذلك، بُني مخطط فرضي يحدد طبيعة العلاقة والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث. ولهذا الغرض، صيغت فرضيتان رئيسيتان اشتقت منهما فرضيات فرعية لتحقيق أهداف البحث. واعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عدد من المستشفيات الأهلية في محافظة بغداد/الرصافة، واستُقصيت آراء العاملين فيها بوصفهم مجتمع البحث، والبالغ عددهم (157) فرداً. كما استُعملت العينة القصدية العمدية، وجُمعت البيانات بموجب استبانة محكَّمة. وحُللت البيانات باستعمال برنامج (SPSS) وعدد من الأساليب الإحصائية، منها: الوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، واختبار (F) لاختبار معنوية التأثير، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل الانحدار.
وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة معنوية بين متغيرات البحث وأبعادها. كما تبيَّن أن متغيري البحث (القيادة الرقمية والمنظمات الأصيلة) بحاجة إلى مزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث لردم الفجوة المعرفية، بهدف مواجهة تحديات التحول الرقمي، وتزويد القادة بالمهارات المهنية، وتحسين ممارساتهم في ضوء متطلبات المنظمات الأصيلة.
