مساهمة الموانئ والنقل البحري في تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية والحضرية : تركيا حالة دراسية
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مساهمة الموانئ والنقل البحري في تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية والحضرية من خلال الدور الحيوي الذي تؤديه الموانئ في دعم التجارة الدولية، وجذب الاستثمارات، وتحفيز التحولات الحضرية؛ وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، الذي يقوم على تحليل البيانات والمؤشرات الاقتصادية واللوجستية المتعلقة بالموانئ التركية، مع وصف انعكاساتها على النمو الحضري والتنمية المستدامة.
وأظهرت النتائج أن تحديث الموانئ وتوسيع طاقتها الاستيعابية في تركيا أسهم بشكل مباشر في زيادة حجم الصادرات والواردات، وتطوير الصناعات المرتبطة بالنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، فضلًا عن خلق فرص عمل جديدة، وتحويل المناطق الساحلية إلى مراكز اقتصادية نشطة. كما تبين أن هذه الدينامية ساعدت تركيا على تعزيز موقعها التنافسي في الأسواق العالمية. وتؤكد التجربة التركية أن الموانئ والنقل البحري يشكلان رافعة استراتيجية للتنمية الاقتصادية والحضرية المتوازنة. وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة تبني سياسات متكاملة تجمع بين الاستثمار في البنية التحتية البحرية، وتطبيق معايير الاستدامة البيئية، بما يضمن استمرارية المكاسب الاقتصادية، ويعزز التنمية الحضرية.
