The importance of agricultural loans for small businesses To increase agricultural production in Iraq

Abstract

Abstract Are small projects of exceptional importance in most economies of the world, especially since the end of the last century, as figured many researchers and those interested in economic affairs, for its prominent role in providing job opportunities to meet population increases and absorb unemployment and absorbed in various economic activities, especially agricultural activities. ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ (*) رئيس ابحاث أقدم / وزارة الزراعة – مديرية زراعة بغداد . Search includes a realistic vision for nature and essence of small projects, characteristics and ingredients and possibilities for set up and activate primarily them in agricultural activity in Iraq, and the role of financial funding (loans) to support small-scale agriculture to promote its role in providing employment opportunities and address the problem of mass unemployment in the Iraqi economy, and provide hard currency support for the national economy. الملخص تحظى المشروعات الصغيرة بأهمية استثنائية في معظم اقتصاديات العالم ، لاسيما منذ نهايات القرن الماضي ، اذ حظيت باهتمام العديد من الباحثين والمهتمين بالشأن الاقتصادي ، لدورها البارز في توفير فرص العمل لمواجهة الزيادات السكانية وامتصاص البطالة واستيعابها في مختلف الانشطة الاقتصادية ولاسيما الانشطة الزراعية . كما انها تشكل نسبة كبيرة من مجموع المؤسسات العاملة في معظم دول العالم ، وبالتالي مساهمتها الكبيرة في الناتج القومي لهذه الدول ، ويتوقع ان يكون للمشروعات الصغيرة دور يعتد به في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي مستقبلا. يتضمن البحث رؤية واقعية عن طبيعة وماهية المشروعات الصغيرة وخصائصها والمقومات والامكانيات المتاحة لاقامتها وتفعيل المقام منها في النشاط الزراعي للعراق ، ودور التمويل المالي (القروض) في دعم المشاريع الزراعية الصغيرة للنهوض بدورها في توفير فرص العمل ومعالجة مشكلة البطالة المتفشية في الاقتصاد العراقي ، وتوفير العملات الصعبة دعماً للاقتصاد الوطني .
