دور التحول الرقمي في تعزيز الاستدامة المنظمية: دراسة تحليلية
Abstract
هَدف البحث الحالي إلى بيان أثر التحول الرقمي بوصفهِ متغيراً مستقلاً متمثلاً بـ ( البيانات الرقمية، إدارة المواهب الرقمية، التقنيات الرقمية، العمليات الرقمية) في تعزيز الاستدامة المنظمية بوصفهِ متغيراً معتمداً متمثلاً بـ (الممارسات البيئية، الممارسات الاجتماعية، الممارسات الاقتصادية) لدى الأفراد العاملين في الجامعة التقنية الشمالية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتَحقيق أَهداف البحث الحالي صُممت استبانة لجمع البيانات ووزعت على عينة من الأفراد العاملين في الجامعة المبحوثة والمكونة من)303) من الأفراد العاملين، واستخرجت النتائج عن طريق استعمال المقاييس الإحصائية لتحليل متغيرات البحث واختبار فرضياتهِ عبر برنامج (SPSS V26) و حزمة (AMOS V26)، وتُوصل إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات استنادا إلى نتائج اختبار العلاقات التي حُددت في انموذج البحث الفرضي، أهمها أن التحول الرقمي يؤثر وعلى نحو إيجابي في تعزيز الاستدامة المنظمية.
