التحضر وتأثيراته في معدلات البطالة في ماليزيا – دراسة تحليلة قياسية للفترة (1990-2020)

Abstract

   يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل تأثير التحضر في معدلات البطالة في ماليزيا خلال المدة (1990–2020)، في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية والتنموية التي شهدها الاقتصاد الماليزي, كما ان الاتجاه المتزايد لظاهرة الهجرة من الريف الى المدن انعكاسات ايجابية وسلبية على مسار التنمية الاقتصادية , وتكمن صياغة الإشكالية الرئيسية في عدم وضوح استجابة معدلات البطالة سلبا او ايجابا بالنسبة للتغير في عمليات الهجرة.

 وتستمد هذه الدراسة اهميتها في بيان نسبة نمو ظاهرة التحضر من اجمالي السكان وتأثيرها في اجمالي معدلات البطالة في دولة ماليزيا للفترة (1990 - 2020)؛ لأنها دولة حققت مسـتويات متسارعة ومتقدمة من التحضر والتنميـة والاقتصاديـة في العقود الأخيرة، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي القياسي باستعمال نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع (ARDL) لقياس العلاقة بين نسبة سكان المناطق الحضرية من إجمالي السكان ومعدلات البطالة. وأظهرت نتائج اختبارات جذر الوحدة (ADF) و(PP) استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية عند الفرق الأول، مما أتاح تطبيق نموذج (ARDL). كما بين اختبار الحدود (Bounds Test) وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين متغيرات الدراسة.

وأوضحت النتائج القياسية وجود علاقة عكسية معنوية بين التحضر ومعدلات البطالة، إذ إن زيادة التحضر بنسبة (1%) تؤدي إلى انخفاض معدل البطالة بنحو (0.7%) في الأجل الطويل، وهو ما يعكس قدرة الاقتصاد الماليزي على استيعاب الزيادة في عرض العمل الناتجة عن الهجرة من الريف إلى الحضر. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن التحضر في ماليزيا كان عاملاً داعماً للنمو الاقتصادي وتحسين فرص التشغيل، وتوصي بضرورة تبني سياسات تحضر مخطط تعزز التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة وتدعم خلق فرص العمل
