Abstract Financial reaserch investigates the relation ship between the strategic practises of leader ship and organizational superiority at the General Company for mechanice lndustries /Baghdad The reseurch Sample Cansists of the general managers , assisant managers , dirctors of department and divisions . It is hypotheized That There is relation and effect between these practices and superiority , pata has been gathered by means of a two part questioner form , some statsitical tools have been used to verity these hypotheoes suchas . arithmatic mean standard (normative) deviation , mnlticorrelation , coefficient . etc , Result have pored that The Two hypothes partially true . يختبر البحث الحالي العلاقة بين ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية و التميز التنظيمي في الشركة العامة للصناعات الميكانيكية / بغداد تمثلت العينة بالسادة المديرون العامون ، ومعاونوا المديران ، ومديرى الشعب و الاقسام ، وتحدد البحث بفرضيتين رئيسيتين هما وجود علاقة واثر بين الممارسات و التميز ، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق استمارة استبيان تكونت من جزئين الاول يخص الممارسات و الثاني يخص التميز ، ، وقد تم الاعتماد على عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية مثل المتوسط الحسابي ، والانحراف المعياري ، ومعامل الارتباط المتعدد ..... الخ؛ لاثبات صحة الفرضيتين انفتي الذكر ، اذ بينت النتائج صحة الفرضيتين وبشكل جزئي وصيغت مجموعة من الاستنتاجات بصددها لعل أبرزها هو توافر ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية لدى أعضاء عينة البحث.
