دور الانفاق الاخضر في التحول الى الاقتصاد الاخضر – الصين حالة دراسية-
الملخص
المشكلات البيئية المتزايدة الخطورة في السنوات الأخيرة، لم تهدد صحة البشر فقط ولكنها أعاقت أيضًا التنمية المستدامة, ولبناء عالم أكثر اخضرارًا واستدامة وشمولاً يجب على البلدان في جميع أنحاء العالم أن تضع سياسات وممارسات للتعامل مع التحديات البيئية, وفي بحثنا سلطنا الضوء على دولة الصين بِعدًها ثاني أكبر اقتصاد في العالم قدمت مساهمات كبيرة في الاقتصاد العالمي بينما تمثل حصة كبيرة من استهلاك الطاقة وانبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون (2CO). ولمحاربة تلوث الهواء وتخفيف الانبعاثات من ثاني أكسيد الكربون (2CO)، أدخلت الصين سلسلة من السياسات البيئية أصبح الانفاق الأخضر أحد أهم هذه السياسات للحد من التلوث.
وقد انطلق البحث من فرضية مفادها ان للإنفاق الاخضر دور مهم في عملية التحول للاقتصاد الاخضر لاسيما في الصين بِعدًها ثاني أكبر اقتصاد في العالم قدمت مساهمات كبيرة في الاقتصاد العالمي بينما تمثل حصة كبيرة من استهلاك الطاقة وانبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون (2CO).
واستند البحث على منهجي التحليل الاستقرائي والتحليل الاستنباطي، عن طريق تحميل تطور السلاسل الزمنية للبيانات المستخدمة عبر المراحل المختلفة، واستقراء الواقع الاقتصادي وتحميل الظواهر الاقتصادية وتطورها أثناء مدة البحث، ومن ثم استنباط الآثار المترتبة على ذلك.
