Global analysis of variance test with three overlapping stages With duplicate Thalassemia in Wasit measurements

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is an analytical treatment of Nested-Factorial Experiments for three stages of repeated measurements and build a linear mathematical model for these experiments upon which the analysis as well as the application of these experiments in the health sector. This experiment represented by the presence of three Nested factors and the third factor represented experimental units (Subjects) taken as repeated measurements or treatments for experimental units and treated treatments (repeated measurements) as a factor fourth, this factor will be interactive with the rest of the other factors which resulting from the Nested-Factorial Experiments. المستخلص الهدف من هذا البحث هو معالجة تحليلية للتجارب العاملية المتداخلة لثلاث مراحل بوجود القياسات المتكررة وبناء الأنموذج الرياضي الخطي لهذه التجارب الذي يعتمد عليه التحليل وكذلك تطبيق هذه التجارب في الجانب الصحي. وهذه التجربة متمثلة بوجود ثلاثة عوامل متداخلة , اذ ان العامل الثالث متمثل بالوحدات التجريبية (Experimental units) وتأخذ القياسات المتكررة أو المعالجات للوحدات التجريبية ، وتعامل المعالجات (القياسات المتكررة) على أنها عامل رابع وهذا العامل يكون متفاعلاً مع سائر العوامل الاخرى ولهذا أصبحت التجربة الناتجة هي تجربة عاملية متداخلة. ولقد تم تحليل هذه التجربة بالطرائق المعلمية المتمثلة باختبار (F) وذلك بعد التحقق من شروط تحليل التباين والطرائق اللامعلمية البديلة المتمثلة بتحويل الرتب للبيانات (Rank Transformation) التي تجعل شروط تحليل التباين متحققة لأن التحويل الى الرتب يجعل البيانات متجانسة على الاكثر وطبيعية.
