The impact of strategic innovation in reducing the manifestations of corruption (An analytical study of the views of a sample of directors of the General Company for the manufacture of batteries

Abstract

Abstract The Study deals with the effect of the strategic innovation with It’s branch dimensions,( Problem solution , decision making , ability to change , gamble spirit , communication, rage and encourage the innovation) in the administrative corruption aspects which is represented by ( organizing , behavior , financial , crime deviations ), on the other hand . the researcher seeks to meet the study objectives through depending on a questionnaire distributed on a sample of higher management leaders in the searched firm (corporation).we used a number of statistical means or tools, and the study reached to some conclusions and recommendations. المستخلص لقد تناولت الدراسة تأثير مجالات الابداع الاستراتيجي بأبعاده الفرعية (حل المشاكل واتخاذ القرارات والقابلية على التغيير وروح المجازفة وسعة الاتصالات وتشجيع الابداع ) في مظاهر الفساد الاداري المتمثلة في (الانحرافات التنظيمية والسلوكية والمالية والجنائية ). وقد سعت الباحثة لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة باعتمادها على استمارة استبيان وزعت على عينة من القيادات الادارية العليا في الشركة المبحوثة ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة عدداً من الوسائل الاحصائية ، وقد خرجت الدراسة بجملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات .
